We Are Chefs

Chef Marek (Mark) Widomski offers fabulous courses in Old Polilsh cuisine and Mo-Po or modern Polish cuisine. He and his staff of gourmet chefs are bilingual. I visited his school on a recent culinary tour of Poland. Check out this recipe from him: Polish Ryemeal Soup with Sausage. It's a classic "sour" soup favored by Poles, Russians, Ukrainians, Slovenians, Slovakians, Lithuanians and others.
