My Christmas for the past five years is going into a local restaurant and prepping for four days, to prepare a community meal for 400 to 500 people free of charge. It is a labor of love that I can give back to the people in my area that have supported my restaurant over the years. The restaurant is closed for the day and traditional menu. Roast Turkey, Ham, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, candied yams, green beans or corn , salad and desserts. Plus donated gifts for everyone that attends.
Very Inspiring Paul....I hope chefs out there will read this and learn one or two things from what you have written.we all know Stength is a major factor in being a good chef and taking that extra time and effort to do what you do is truly amazing.Merry Christmas in advance Paul!!!
