I will be in Philladelphia this weekend oct 2-4 at Coquette Bistro and Raw Bar 700 s. 5th st on Sat the 3rd cooking and signing books would love to meet any culinarians from Philly, come see me, Chef Cary Neff the owner of Coquette Bistro will love to have you there also.

Joshuah if you are interested in getting a copy of my "Simply Vinaigrettes from Ancho Chili to White Wine" or "Janie's Simply Entree Salads for Two" the are available on line from Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, Borders, my publisher Tate Publishing, most online bookstores have them, or i could come to California to your Club do a cooking demo and booksigning then i would give you a copy of each. Chef Michael Garbin CEC, AAC was my first Executive Chef. He gave me my start in the culinary business. He was a major part of my learning discipline in the kitchen and paying attention to details. It would be wonderful to attend.
