GFS sells an all-beef Angus dog that's pretty good. Our club has a large percentage of Jewish members, so I try to stick to all beef or kosher as mush as possible. Can't go wrong with the Hebrew Nationals. Philip, I had never thought of using the Jamacian relish - that sounds delicious!; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by Scott Craig on July 17, 2009 at 6:54pm: We're using Kahn's 6:1 dogs here. Kosher, great flavor, hold up very well to cooking and holding. We pay $34 for a case of 72 ea. At .47 ea we have a great profit margin at $2.50 and still keep the price reasonable.; ▶ Reply to This
