I did for a while on the club I was before. Had some good staff (FOH) that know the menu and could do a recipe. the items were relatively simple. Dover sole, cooked in the kitchen and boned tableside, steak diane, chateubriand for two, lobster tails americaine, and some desserts.
Are you looking for ideas to implement it or are you currently doing it?
we keep trying and everyone asks for it but we only have one dining room where it is fesable due to tables. but when we do it, NOBODY comes for it. put it out there in you bulliten and say if yo would like it we would be happy to do but give us notice. its tough because you can potentaly weed yourself. my .05. good luck
