Greetings to my fellow chefs! This is a great idea. We can communicate regularly!
The Louisiana Restaurant Show is being held this weekend at the Morial Convention Center right next to the Mississippi River in New Orleans Aug. 2,3 and 4. The Great American Seafood Cookoff is Sunday and the student Alligator Competition is being held on Monday. If you met my student Katie in Las Vegas, she probobly asked you for ideas using alligator. She loved the convention and meeting all of you! Thank you all for your kindness and motivation.

Chefs, Take advantage of our events section by adding monthly meeting info along with chapter special events and photos. save those mailing postcard stamped reminders. Use the Central Region blog for all of your notices, whether it be charity events or golf outings. Spread the word!!
