Volunteer Opportunities

Let's start a list of volunteer opportunities through the DFW area. (i.e. food banks, soup kitchens, special events, etc) Also lets start a list of willing volunteers we can call at a moments notice (remember Katrina and Galvaston just recently?) I think it would be great to have a team of culinary students and chef willing to lead and organize tent kitchens in emergency situations. I hope I'm not blowing this out of proportion but I think you get my meaning of where I'm going with this. What do you think?
