Chef Wolfgang Vomend does the pate and terrine presentation in the only way he knows how - "all the way"!!!! Thanks Chef - it was a memorable night!!!

I just got the childcare bomb dropped on me by my soon-to-be-ex. I was looking forward to this especially since I make multiple pates and terrines every week.

Ditto that last. After Pearl Harbor Day, things are always psycho with holiday parties. Sundays and Mondays are the only days I can get away, if that matters.
