QSAV PCA fellows....I would suggest earlier in the month is better for those that have Christmas parties in full swing during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of the month. Submitted my renewed membership to the chapter today - from the NCCA. Look forward to the fun and fellowship.

To All: Chef Wolfgang gave me some dates that are avalable to us December 2,7,8,9,or 14 for our first ACF fund raiser in December
.We just need to pick one and at the next meeting we will work on a menu and costing. Please do your best to be there. October 12th at 6pm Bavarian Inn. We will also work on our chair appointments first being the educational committee.
Please look at your calendars and pick a date I vote for December 7th or the 14th and forgo our meeting that month in lue of the fund raiser.

Look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting on 14 September at Village Square, hosted by Chef Dan Kalber. Dan and his wife just welcomed a new "little princess" to the world - so if he appears a bit haggard at the meeting - his sleep schedule has not yet adjusted. Be ready for some Samosas and Pakoras with Tamarind and Cilantro Chutney - among a couple of Indian Delights with Monsoon Kitchens. See you there - gathering at 6 - meeting at 630 or there abouts....
