Registration for our next PIE meeting went out in company email last week.
We'll be at SYSCO Raleigh, NC (Selma) on October 14, 2009 8-5pm
We have some great training sessions lined up.
Looking forward to another great meeting!!!

Our PIE Nutrition Refresher training was just great!!
It was a great opportunity for our chefs to meet and get up to date information from our dietitians.
Don't forget our next PIE meeting will be held at SYSCO Raliegh on October 14th!
Registration will go next week.
We are now in the final planning for our Culinary Competition at the Tri Area Meeting in Savannah, GA.

We are getting ready for the Nutrition Refresher Training at SYSCO Columbia on August 13th!!
Also- how did the Culinary Foundations Sessions go at CIA this week?
I hope everyone got energized by the training!!!

Culinary Foundations are completed at Mary Black in Tricia Perry's District. Now back to the unit and start the culinary calls, and focus on upcoming international deli bar.

Its good to be on. Culinary foundations at Mary Black memorial hospital will be completed tommorow. Culinary Conference Call will start Monday for Meredith Jackson's area. It will be good to be back home!!!

Great Pie meeting in Atlanta. Great take away with the hands on demo making Sushi. We will be bringing that action station to our unit. Thanks Fred, Calvin and Mark for a great take away. Never did get any ice cream from Nestle before I left....LOL

I hope everyone had a great time and enjoyed the learning at our meeting at SYSCO Atlanta.
Our next PIE meeting is scheduled for October 14 at SYSCO Raliegh.
We are also having a Nutrition Refresher class on August 13 at SYSCO Columbia.
Details will go out next week!
We will update after the ACF National Convention in Orlando!!
