I heard that some of units are smoking meats...what techniques are you using? I know alot of units that have BBQ grills...what is cooking out on our grills?

For Grab & Go we are offering a Mexican Chicken Salad Plate, in addition to the planned items, I have added refried pinto beans, sauteed mexican vegetables,"Papas Frita" griddled potatoes with onions, jalepeno, bacon and tomatoes, & on the grill, we will have a Mexican Pepper Jack Quesadilla. All of these items are already in SMG. Our staff is looking foward to Tuesday.

Virgin Margarita what the.......wasn't there an article saying that lime, 1800, some sun & beach were therapeutic for the staff!!!

Actually, that sounds like a a great idea, having Island Oasis set something up. Last year, our Cinco de Mayo was a hit....we have a large Hispanic population and our staff loved it.....

Next Sunday's Mother's Day, will be slow.....It was last year.

We will have a special meal for the patient's, though, we have special napkins/placemats, and a nice meal planned. Hopefully I am wrong about next Sunday, but anytime like Easter etc we are slower than our normal Sunday. Our normal Sunday is usually busy from 11:45 to 1:30, but many of our walk guests will be going to more upscale places, but I am putting up a menu now to hopefully Advertise Mother's Day.
