Our cooking school is in Winston-Salem, and chefs, cooks and students who want to assist are welcome, just contact me prior to the class, and we will fit you in. I know that Atlanta is not close, but the offer stills stands.

Greetings group. I'm a graduate of the Arts Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a diploma. I've just returned to school to obtain my BA in Culinary Management (but more for the culinary trakining.) I'm currently a restaurant manager (and we all know that means covering all the bases.) I look forward to this forum and the opportunites that it may bring. Cheers!
