Please join us for the Dallas Observer's Wine & Dine Event:

Dallas Observer Wine & Dine Event to support the Culinary Institute

For many years El Centro College has set the standard for culinary training. The success of our program requires that we add more kitchen space and new equipment to serve our students in this ever-growing market.

Additional space is available for the expansion of the kitchen, but El Centro College (ECC) needs to raise some funds to make our dream a reality. The Food & Hospitality Institute kitchen has not had a major renovation since 1974. It’s time!

Come build our new kitchen by attending the Dallas Observer Wine & Dine Event on Wednesday, April 22 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Fashion Industry Gallery located at 1807 Ross Avenue. Tickets are $25 in advance and $40 at the door. Guests must be 21. Ticket includes food, wine, beer & spirit samplings.

For more information, check out our web page.
