Hi Chefs!
I wanted to let everyone know that I formed a Jr Texas Chefs Association- North Texas group on this site as a way to get news out to those Jr members as well as help network. Hopefully this will help us start building a great group of young adults that will be active in the TX Chef Assoc. as soon as they finish school. Serving as the Historian on El Centro's Culinary Students Association Board I've offered my services to Dawn and Kevin (Co-Directors) to be the moderator for the group. Please feel free to pass along any information you'd like me to post on the groups site and I look forward to meeting many of you at future meetings.
