Hi Adams, I've been busy lately. I got two more weeks at my culinary school then I am off to my extership. I have forward the email you sent me regarding your plans for a culinary school in your area to a couple of my teachers whom I think can advise you and help you more than I at the moment. I do hope to continue reading about your successes and one day be in a position to come visit. In the mean time, stay strong and keep up the good work.
Hello Adams,
I love African food. International cuisine is one of the courses we take at Le Cordon Blue , where I am still studing at. I was really surprised how rich and flavorful African food is. Pardon for saying so. Most of the news one hears about Africa in this part of the world is not always good, so I am glad to hear your story and success. I am looking forward to hearing from you often and share recipes.
