The mission of the Chicago Culinary Museum and Chefs Hall of Fame is to promote and celebrate Chicago as a culinary Mecca. Our goal is to preserve the past, and develop the future of the culinary achievements in the great City of Chicago and America.
A group for current, past, and future students of Elgin Community College Culinary, Pastry, and Hospitality programs. As well as for anyone else who has something to do with the program.
I'm a 4th semester Pastry Arts student at Elgin Community College with the hopes of minoring in Environmental Studies so I can one day create my very own sustainable, green bakery.

If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
I know this may sound cliche, but definitely Chef Gordon Ramsay. I don't care how many people find him a jackass or whathaveyou...he's brillant and very entertaining. I'm sure he would have plenty to say over a meal. Next would have to be Sara Snow. She is a huge environmentalist that knows everything there is to know about being green, finding the best organic produce, and being healthy...three things I definitely consider when cooking. And finally, my grandfathers. I never met them because they passed before my time...but I would love to cook them authentic meals from their homelands to show my passion for cooking/baking and just to see them smile and deeply enjoy something from their granddaughter.
