I am currently the Sous Chef at Sage Valley Golf Club in Graniteville SC. I am currently enrolled at the New England Culinary Institute in their online Hotel and Restaurant Bachelors program. My wife and I have twin boys who will be three years old 11/01/09, so my life is very hectic right now between work, school and family.
