I've recently adopted a new motto, "If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice."

I'm a culinary student at The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of California- Inland Empire, and a member of the Knowledge Bowl Competition team.

I am currently working as a personal chef and caterer in the Inland empire and slowly building my list of clients.
