- Hello Chef Brooks,
My name is Lauren Hamilton and I am a culinary student at Johnson and Wales University, Charlotte. I am looking to relocate to the Phoenix area after graduating and I was wondering if you knew of any resorts or fine dining establishments that may be interested in hiring Johnson and Wales graduates or possibly hosting a co-op this summer. Since you seem to be a very well established chef in the area one of my Chefs here at school recommended that I message you to see if you have any suggestions. I would greatly appreciate any input you may have.
