About Me:
Born and raised in Huntington LI, I attended the Culinary Academy of Long Island in 2004, where I was French classically trained. After a short 3 years in the industry I decided to continue my education at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute of Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh. During school I was a member of the 2008 Acf student team, winning a silver medal at the NE regionals in Cincinatti. Also I recieved first place in the Chaine De Rotissuer student challenge hosted by PCI. Upon graduation I recieved honors of Eta Sigma Delta, Magna Cum Laude and was awarded the Dieter Kiesling award of professionalism of the December class of 08. Currently I just recieved the Certified Culinarian from the ACF and am working toward becoming a certified Sous Chef.
