Profile Information

Relationship Status:
Single
About Me:
I am moving as fast as I can to finish up at AID so I can spend less time in the classroom and more time in the kitchen. I am currently working as a line cook at a private country club in Dallas Texas under a great chef and mentor, Michael Scott. My opportunities for growth and learning seem limitless at the time and I can't wait to tackle whatever comes next. I plan on spending another year or two here in the states before cooking my way through Europe following in the tradition of some of my favorite vagabond chefs. I'm always interested in hearing any tips, pitfalls, and words of wisdom from those who have traveled more miles of this culinary road than I have so please feel free to let me gain from your trip.
When did you enter the Culinary Profession?
I started as a short order cook in 2005. It seems long ago and miles away from where I am today.
Who is your favorite Musical Artist?
The Killers, Iglu and Hartly, Modest Mouse, Forward Russia, The Bravery, Stevie Ray Vaugn, The Impossibles, and Bruce Springsteen to name a few
What is your favorite TV show?
Heros, The Daily Show, and Top Chef when i can catch it
Last Book Read:
The Perfectionist
If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
Anthony Bourdain, Johnny Cash, and Quentin Tarantino because they all spent time as rebels and outcast and as a result helped to redefine their respective industries.
