About Me:

Just completed my CSCE certification! Currently, teaching high school culinary arts at Mountain View High School in Stafford, Virginia. I've been an ACF member since '91 and graduated CIA in '92. I'm a member of the SkillsUSA National Education Team and have also been the Chair of the Technical Committee for the National Culinary Arts contest. I'm incoming 2010 President of the NCCA Chapter and just chaired our 4th Annual NCCA Culinary Salon. My life goal is to pass my passion for good food on to my students.
