After a 20 year career in Human Resources, I finally discovered my passion for food. I love all things cuisine related and yearn to be a quality chef. Every moment of every day usually contains a thought on being a chef. One day I will apply the knowledge I gain as a culinary student into a restaurant that people rave about.

What is your favorite recipe creation?

Asiago Cheese and Tortellini Soup -- everyone who tried it asked for more, even my kids!

When did you enter the Culinary Profession?

August 2009 officially entered school, 1986 - 1991 worked in hotel catering mgmt and restaurant service

Who is your favorite Musical Artist?

Just one? There are so many. I like music that moves me. It must have passion. Something that will evoke an emotion.

What is your favorite TV show?

CSI - I love the puzzle aspect. They put all the pieces together and find the answer.
