Profile Information

About Me:

I'm a CC, and 07' graduate of the Midwest Culinary Institute in Cincinnati, OH. Have worked alongside various chefs in the Cincinnati area in the charity event, One Night, Eleven Kitchens hosted at MCI. Also, held many positions such as prep cook, line cook, banquet chef, and worked alongside a few caterers in Ohio and Florida. I'm always looking for ways to network with other chefs and just learn from them! I also serve on the ACF Certification Commission. I love meeting people, trying new foods, and just loving life. One of my mottos is "get to know people, and let people get to know you!" If you want to be great someday..surround yourself around people who are in the position where you want to be. If you want to know more, please feel free to ask!

What is your favorite recipe creation?

Really don't have one yet, but love making lasagna and various pastas. I'm always open to trying & learning new creations.

When did you enter the Culinary Profession?

When I was eighteen. My first "food" job was at subway...humble beginnings:)

Who is your favorite Musical Artist?

Have too many...I'm very versatile
