all i have heard from ai grads is negative. They say its hard to find work because ai has a reputation of teaching plate presentation only... I can agree to the work being hard my former exec. wont hire AI grads either.

One of my favorite Creations is: Bacon wrapped Stuffed chicken Breast W/ maple glaze, served on a bed of spiced granny smith apples (I won 1st place with this dish in an iron chef style contest)

I began my professional culinary career in 2007
