I consider it a great privalage to be part of such a fine organization. It has been an inspiration through chef competitors,such as yourself, and judges that I ( as Competition Chair ) have hosted through the years to make me strive to this level. I look forward to giving back what was given to me so freely. I hope to see you and Chef Bast in Orlando to share my induction into the Academy
