Day 1 is tomorrow! Yikes, you've had 3 weeks already! Glad to hear you've got a good bunch. My numbers are lower this year but I'm optimistic that these are the ones that really want the program! I'm going to take them all to Challenge Discovery for a day of outdoor team building and leadership skills!
The rest of the summer has been great. I'll go back next Wednesday to set up the kitchen. 10 month teachers come back 8/25 and we have Open House on 8/26, then Day 1 is 9/2. The new release of "Sous Chef" is great! I'm using for all my lesson plans!
