I am the ACF Southeast Regions Vice President and a Professional Chef Instructor working for a Non Profit called the Triad Community Kitchen. My mission is to reduce poverty and hunger by training future culinarians to enter or re-enter the work force and to alliviate hunger by providing meals to those in need.
