I wish I had a little more time, I would love to do some different things with my food other than cook it. I like the art factor and most people can't/ don't want to know how to carve but, it is a great art and craft.

I haven't gotten a real cooking job yet. Done some catering stuff for friends, but no real jobs. I'm still working at my IT money making job for now. Moved to downtown Phoenix area recently and got rid of my house. I also got rid of my Charger so I can probably work for nothing at the right place soon. You still working the same gig?
