We have feed 2000 students three meals a day since Monday and will continue through Friday. Not to mention the all the other catering events. Fortunately I thrive on stress like many of us chef types. Nice to hear from you Kimberly.

As far as the ACF, I would say kind of a non-issue for me. I am not in a lot of the circle, which seems to really benefit those who are. It's funny when I go to some of the local meetings and everyone is looking at me like I am a student and keep walking instead of networking.
