Did you make sure that they were going to pay for the items?
I know Lisa sent all of the teams an e-mail saying that they are responsible for everything they need, and must pay for anything that you get for them.
I will be there Tues.-Sat. and will go to the dinner on Monday. I think I will have two students with me Tues.-Friday, so it should be interesting!

man they sent me a list with a couple hundred items. OMG I've got my venders looking i e-mail Lisa she may have to get them some of the special order items. I'm nervous though. I hope all goes well. I don't know which days i'm going yet i got my package in my e-mail but i haven't read it yet.

I think that Purity Dairy has been dragging their feet, and Cathy Hoormann has gotten a bit dis-enchanted this year, so I don't look for the Ice Cream Competition to happen anytime soon - but its not dead yet.
