We have 3 full time teachers 1 Hospitality Management/Front of the house 1 Baking/Pastry and 1 Back of the house/Culinary our school has only 120 students in culinary program.

$750 plus expenses (hotel,meals, airfare form CA. ) You provide the produce as specified by me. I bring tools and cutting boards as well as audio-visual gear. Total is generally $1750 or thereabouts. Will be back in NYC around late February.
