I started my career in food while in the US Navy. I had the opportunity to visit nearly 40 countries (including a year at McMurdo Station, Antarctica) living in several such as: Cuba, Italy, Crete-Greece, New Zealand and numerous islands around the world. These all helped to enhance my knowledge in international cuisines as well as regional cuisines having lived in Chicago, Key West, Philly, Charleston, SC

Thank You for telling me about the organization. It sounds like a great opportunity, especially for just entering the field. I love the networking idea. I feel that my confidence now will just keep growing, especially once i know more about what's going on around me. As soon as i can get some extra money together i will join. I would like to know what goes on during the meetings so i can contribute in the future.

Thats a good thing chef. Here its kinda slow but indications are pointing to a better christmas. You should see Christmas here. Its great fun. More power to you chef.
