Im not sure if you guys can help me or not. But im wondering about the students membership in the TCA. What happens when I graduate? Because I graduate in december. Do I need to pay the regular dues after that?
I wish I could say I did, but no. The platters are from the ACF's central regional competition. The pork platter is from School Tech, MI (they took gold) and the others are from our competition team at JJC which was lead by Chef Tim Bucci, we took silver.
