A 5 day (all North America) Marriott General Managers meeting. 5 meals a day, all plated.
I have to say it was the Tux and Tennir Dinner we did for a fundraiser the Houston Rockets do annualy. The dinner itself wasn't that bad, only 400 guest each getting a plated salad, plated entree, and plated dessert, plus an hors D'oeuvres reception…

A group for current, past, and future students of Elgin Community College Culinary, Pastry, and Hospitality programs. As well as for anyone else who has something to do with the program.
