These are some good ideas and points. Just looking to see what kind of feedback there would be. I know the Art Institute as done the video resume for there students in the past and it is used a lot in other industries.

I think that it depends on the video production. I'd make sure to ask that the video be zoomed out in order to see the prospective chef in full action. Body language shows confidence and comfort as much as showing a close up on the knife in action...
