The meeting was great. I loved the competition. It was a great way to create unity in the group and keep our knowledge fresh.
I thought the practical was an excellent idea and will be very useful to any chef aiming to certify.

- I hope you ate!!lol My family is ok. My soon to be 23 year old daughter at ISU is facing a medical challenge, but we are all positive and praying for a healthy result. Biz is fine, just slow like most others are. Our chapter had our awards reception last night and acknowledged our newly elected officers. It was a nice event.I could send you the pic of you all if you do not have it or cannot download it from the site. Stay Blessed!
