I know it is so many students. Today the young ones were using knofes for the 1st time... very scary! They all want to do what they see on Television. I too wish you were closer. You are such a talent. I will learn to do these beautiful carvings. I will try to anyway. I will keep you posted about my progress. You have yourself a fantastic day.

- Hello to you Chef Mario! Thank you for your kind words. I know how busy you are, I am going crazy this year with 110 students! I will try it with them but I do not think I could ever do the fruit the way that you do. Maybe someday I will come to your hotel and you can teach me!
