I have been in the industry for 28 years! I still can't believe that one! You can take the test as soon as you qualify for all of the requirements. So you do not have to wait all that long. I did not have time to take the tests until I got out of my own restaurants and into Corporate. Then I was working a normal persons hours.
fast track!! lol...i wish i cud've spent some more time around in school....taken few more courses and participated in more events....but it was quite good...v sure have some very good chef instructors. Are you still in the program?
