I am originally from Boulder, CO. My father has been running restaurants since befroe I was born and I grew up hanging out in them. I worked my first catering job when I was 11, and started bussing when I was 14. I moved in to the kitchen when I was about 16 and haven't left since.
What is your favorite recipe creation?
One of my favorites is seared ahi tuna with wasabi whipped poatoes and sauteed baby bok choy and shitake mushrooms in a Ponzu sauce

At the tender age of 16

Too many to list, it just depends on what kind of mood I am in.
