Winters are brief with uncomfortable cold lasting only 2 weeks or so. if we are going to ice or snow it will be the second week of feb, but we had nothing really this year. Summers are a different story. High heat and humidity make June, July , and august pretty unpleasant. We have to drape towels over our steering wheels if we park outside or you can't touch them.
In looking at one of those real estate books when we were in Asheville housing seemed high. Are wages good enough to offset that? How is the job market for food service over all?...D.
