24 years in the kitchen, one year sabbatical as a seafood salesman (I have less respect for salesmen than I did a year ago). Now a culinary instructor, writer, contract-chef, caterer and amateur food-photographer. I Published a book in 2006 (reference the website below), and now I write for multiple publications. Harold Mcgee, because I am a geek. Georges deBoeuf, since the man can taste hundreds of wines in a single day with pinpoint accuracy, and Martha Stewart, because she's hot for an old lady. On second thought, jail was hard on her...I'd have to go with Mary Tyler Moore.

yup I was..... I went with 3 instructors and 8 other students from the colleges "HCAT Chef's" Club..... I'm also on AACC Culinary team, hopefully next year we will get to compete at the show.
