Harold Mcgee, because I am a geek. Georges deBoeuf, since the man can taste hundreds of wines in a single day with pinpoint accuracy, and Martha Stewart, because she's hot for an old lady. On second thought, jail was hard on her...I'd have to go with Mary Tyler Moore.
I do take some of the pics myself, but also work with Andrew Noch Photography. He is local to Salisbury. We do alot of photography here at Perdue, as you can imagine.

yup I was..... I went with 3 instructors and 8 other students from the colleges "HCAT Chef's" Club..... I'm also on AACC Culinary team, hopefully next year we will get to compete at the show.
