What is your favorite recipe creation?

Making fresh pasta and all of its variations is like zen for me.

When did you enter the Culinary Profession?

I was fourteen, I saw a professional kitchen for the first time and was completely enamored. I got a job as a prep cook as soon as I could after that and have had a love affair with the restaurant industry ever since.

Who is your favorite Musical Artist?

It is a tie between composer Phillip Glass and Cellist Yo Yo Ma
