Our program is divided a bit differently. We are a two year program, with an instructor for the first year program, and I teach the second year. We also have one para to share. This is for 75 students.

I'm currently discussing with my director about adding a second instructor to teach Baking and Pastry and was wondering how many instructors you all had.
In Tennessee we set up competitions on individual catagories IE soup or hot entrees at different Host High Schools. The students love it and gives them bragging rights.
