If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?

My hero, my DAD, he passed away when I got my first sous chef job with the Dearborn, Michigan Hyatt Regency.
My MOM, who also passed away right after my Dad.
Herman Brighthoff, who founded the first high culinary art program in about 1937 at Chadsey High School, Detroit. This great man was born in Germany and it was sad to have to attend his furneral but it was a culinary who's who's that turned out to honor this Master chef. His son Robert found the community college culinary art program I attended. To this day I am not sure if I am more proud to say I was graduated from Schoolcraft College, Livonia, Michigan or got my undergrad degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
