I love to compete at any level. The pressure of the timing, your out of your comfort zone being in someone elses kitchen. Its just great. We compete in a variety of different competitions. ASHFSA (Hospital based), were the current reigning champion for 3 consecutive years. This year my staff took top honors as pro. cooks as well.
