Disgusted!!!!

I love to compete at any level. The pressure of the timing, your out of your comfort zone being in someone elses kitchen. Its just great. We compete in a variety of different competitions. ASHFSA (Hospital based), were the current reigning champion for 3 consecutive years. This year my staff took top honors as pro. cooks as well. I believe that healthcare is raising the bar when it comes to hospital fare. I work for one of the largest hospitals in Dallas. We move between 3500-5000 people a week… Continue
