I am President of the Greater Baton Rouge Chapter of the ACF and I teach culinary arts to at risk juvenile youths 16 to 20 years old that are serving time in a juvenile facility located in Bridge City, Louisiana right outside the great city of New Orleans. I have been married for 35 years to my wonderful wife Mitzi and we have one daughter and one beautiful 2 year old grand-daughter who has stolen our hearts. I have been a member of the ACF since 1987 and have served as President for 8 terms.
If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
Paul Prudomme because I have traveled with Paul and his late wife Kay in Europe and found him to be a very passionate person about food and he inspires to be better.
