An Indian by origin, I entered the culinary field after moving to the USA in 2007. I had a choice between doing something I had never done and to continue with my Masters in Financial Management.
I decided to take up the challenge and joined the Culinary Studies Institute at Oakland Community College, MI. Since then, I have never looked back.
For now, I am a stay-at-home mom. But it won't be long until I enter the professional kitchen again.
