About Me:
My name is Thomas Gnuschke, I am a Culinary student at Del Mar College, under the instruction of Chef Mark Carpenter. I was taught at a early age that I needed to know how to cook, so my mom taught me some simple stuff just so I would beable to cook for myself and my family when I wanted to. I enjoyed it and it stuck with me. When I was almost 16 I got my first job at the Ranch House a little restaurant that is in the town that I grew up and I stayed there until my Senior year of High School. My freshman year of college I was a dishwasher at K-Bobs in Beeville when I was going to Coastal Bend College. I decided to move down to Corpus after that year and attend Del Mar. I have been a server a the Olive Garden for about a year all together. I have also worked a The Republic of Texas under Chef Francisco Jimenez, and The Yardarn under Chef Mario. So I am here now about a year out from having both the pastry and culinary degree. After I graduate from Del Mar, I am planning on going up to Texas Tech to get my bachelors in Business, and my Masters in Food Science. So this is me if there are any questions just ask away.
