Spending more than 20 years in a kitchen I have to say I still love the things I do. The tasks of writting menus I do just in my spare time these days. Amid the endless search for a new Kitchen that will allow me to try new things.
My favorites all have one thing in common fresh is best. Right now it is just Copper River Salmon on the grill with a squeeze of grilled lemon.

More than twenty years ago mashing refried beans and shredding cheese for enchiladas by hand in a family run restaurant.

If you could have dinner with any three people who would it be and why?
My Dad My Mom and My Wife. Their is no one more intersting or get me more than my family. They laugh at my jokes and they are their when times are bad. Some might say Plato or Gandi but who is to say it would be fun, I like fun.
